We launch from the Comox Valley (3805 Royston Road, Courtenay, BC), with trips reaching the Northern Salish Sea, Desolation Sound and the remote inlets accessible from Comox and Campbell River. We’ll confirm your exact meeting point when you book.
Fishing gear, bait, ice and cooler space, and a Transport Canada certified vessel with a marine toilet and on-board barbecue. After fishing, we clean and bag your catch for easy, clean transport home.
Dress for any weather — conditions change fast. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, layered clothing, wet-weather gear, snacks and drinks (no glass bottles), a cooler for your catch, and seasickness meds if needed.

Yes. Everyone who wishes to fish must have a valid DFO Tidal Waters Sport Fishing Licence (Pacific Region), available online or at local tackle shops in 1-day, 3-day and annual options. Anglers under 16 still need a (free) licence. Purchase salmon stamps as well if you wish to retain any salmon.
Fishing charters are priced for up to 4 guests, with the option to add guests up to a maximum of 6 per trip (additional guest fees apply). Our wildlife tours run for up to 8 guests.
Your guided charter includes fishing gear, bait, ice and cooler space, and fish cleaning and bagging. Not included: your fishing licence and salmon stamps, food and drinks, and gratuities.

Our inside-water salmon charters and wildlife tours run on calmer, protected water and are a great option for families with children, the elderly, and those prone to motion sickness. The rugged west-coast multi-day packages involve large swells and are not recommended for those groups.
Yes — within regulations and limits, your guide will clean and bag your catch. You're welcome to bring snacks and your favourite drinks (no glass bottles, please) — there's ice, cooler space and a barbecue on board. Please drink responsibly.
Feeder Chinook are available year-round on the inside, with peak Chinook from mid-July to mid-September. Humpback whales are sighted almost daily in summer and orca are common. Prime grizzly bear viewing on the inlet tours runs April 15–June 15 and August 15–October 15.
