Captain Pete Mathews has been a fixture on the BC coast since childhood in the Southern Gulf Islands. A BC park ranger turned guide, he’s spent over 20 years building unparalleled knowledge of the remote coastal regions of Vancouver Island — from the Brooks Peninsula and Cape Scott to Desolation Sound and beyond.
